Download BioLign Track from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app and tap "Sign Up" to create your account with your email address. If your orthodontist gave you an invitation code, you can enter it during or after sign-up to link your account to their practice.

If your orthodontist uses BioLign Track as a standalone doctor, ask them for their doctor code and enter it in the app. If your orthodontist's practice uses BioLign Cloud, they will send you an invitation code that you can enter in the app to link your account to their practice.

BioLign Track lets you log your daily aligner wear time using a built-in timer. Start the timer when you put your aligners in and stop it when you take them out. The app tracks your daily, weekly, and monthly compliance against your orthodontist's recommended wear target.

Yes. Once you are linked to an orthodontist or practice, you can send and receive messages directly through BioLign Track. Your provider will be notified of new messages and can respond from their end of the app or from BioLign Cloud.

In BioLign Track, go to your Profile and select "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your personal data, treatment records, wear logs, messages, and appointment history. After deletion, you can create a new account with the same email address if you choose.

Go to your Profile and select "Leave Doctor" or "Leave Practice." This will end the data-sharing relationship with your current provider. You can join a new provider at any time by entering a new doctor code or invitation code.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. Our backend is hosted on Microsoft Azure with encrypted database connections and role-based access controls. Only you and your linked orthodontic provider can see your treatment data. BioLign Cloud is our web-based practice management system for orthodontic practices. It handles patient records, appointment scheduling, treatment planning workflows, fabrication order tracking, staff management, and billing. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link via email. Follow the link to create a new password and log back in.

BioLign Track is available on iOS and Android devices. BioLign Cloud is a web application accessible from any modern browser on desktop or tablet. BioLign3D is desktop software.
