You can permanently delete your BioLign Track account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data.
Delete your account from the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the BioLign Track app:
- Open the BioLign Track app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and login are removed immediately, and the email address associated with it becomes available for re-registration.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account:
Please include the email address tied to your BioLign Track account so we can verify the request. We will process verified requests within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your login credentials and account
- Your profile information, such as your name and contact details
- Your wear-time logs, tray-change history, and progress photos
- Messages you sent through the app's standalone messaging
- Your posts, comments, likes, and any reports you filed in the Discover feed
- Your public provider profile, if you are a doctor
What data may be retained
- Clinic treatment records. If you were linked to a dental clinic, your clinical treatment records remain with that clinic as part of its medical record-keeping obligations. Deleting your BioLign Track account only removes your access link to the app; it does not delete records the clinic is legally required to retain. Please contact your clinic directly regarding those records.
- Limited legal records. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and only for as long as legally necessary.
